Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

We're a fast-growing US SaaS company helping financial services organizations make better decisions through modern software products. Following strong ARR growth, we're looking for a senior Product Manager to help scale our product organization and drive the next stage of growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly autonomous Senior Product Manager who can own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to ensure the team is always building the highest-impact initiatives while maintaining a clear roadmap and a healthy product backlog.

This is an individual contributor role for someone comfortable operating with minimal direction in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

• Own product discovery and prioritization
• Build and maintain the product roadmap
• Translate customer problems into product opportunities
• Write high-quality PRDs and product specifications
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Work closely with Engineering throughout delivery
• Coordinate successful product releases
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing
• Communicate product direction and roadmap across the company
• Drive products that contribute directly to company growth

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience owning roadmap, discovery, backlog and releases
• Experience working in B2B SaaS companies
• Experience scaling products during high-growth stages (roughly $1M–10M ARR)
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams (15+ engineers)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical constraints
• Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
• Strong product discovery and prioritization skills

Nice to Have

• Fintech or Wealth Management experience
• Experience building the Product function in an early-stage startup
• Experience with regulated software
• Product analytics experience (Amplitude or similar)
• Previous experience in Customer Support or QA before moving into Product
