About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a high-impact international project focused on building a large-scale data platform. You will work closely with multiple squads (Data Transformation, Cost Basis Calculation, UI/API) to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

This is a client-facing, consultative role that requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to translate complex business rules into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Define functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support engineering teams in understanding business logic for data pipelines and calculations
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide input on process improvements
• Assist in testing, validation, and UAT to ensure deliverables meet business requirements
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for internal and client use

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-intensive or financial projects
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with data modeling, SQL, or ETL concepts is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English (B2+/C1)
• Experience working in collaborative, distributed teams



Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting environments
• Background in financial systems, taxation, or large-scale data platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of workflow and data pipeline tools (Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
