🎯 The role

This is a high-impact, senior-level (Staff) position. You’ll work directly with the founders and take ownership of the core AI agent infrastructure, with a strong focus on Agentic DevOps, reliability, scalability, and system architecture.

This is not a typical feature-building role — you’ll be responsible for making complex, multi-step AI systems work reliably in production at scale.

🔧 What you’ll do

• Improve reliability of AI agents across long-running workflows
• Design and implement agentic DevOps systems (durable execution, async jobs, retries, queues)
• Build evaluation systems and benchmarks for agent performance
• Architect scalable infrastructure for a growing global user base
• Own technical decisions and contribute to code reviews
• Ship product improvements end-to-end

🧩 What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a Staff / Senior Engineer
• Proven experience with AI/LLM systems in production
• Experience building or operating agentic workflows at scale
• Strong background in Agentic DevOps / distributed systems
• Experience with async processing, background jobs, and failure handling
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript (Next.js is a plus)
• Comfortable working across the full stack when needed
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

• Based in Latin America
• Availability to overlap with PST/EST time zones
