About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to help shape the future of customer-facing digital experiences. In this role, you'll lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery, partnering with engineering, operations, customer experience, and business stakeholders to build products that deliver measurable business value.

You'll help define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, validate solutions through discovery, and ensure every product investment is aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.


What You'll Do


  • Lead product discovery and validate solutions through customer and stakeholder research.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and manage a prioritized product backlog.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Support product roadmap execution and align initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • Analyze product metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to maximize product value.
  • Deliver intuitive digital experiences that improve both customer and internal user journeys.


Must-Have Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology company.
  • Proven experience delivering digital products with measurable business impact.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum product environments.
  • Strong product discovery and backlog management experience.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product requirements.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to guide product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.


Nice to Have


  • Experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, Generative AI, or AI Agents.
  • Previous Scrum Master or Project Management experience.
  • Experience building customer-facing digital products or customer experience platforms.
