Pre-Sales Solution Architect (MuleSoft) – LATAM (Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect with strong MuleSoft experience to act as the technical bridge between sales and clients.
This is a pre-sales-first role, focused on scoping, solution design, and supporting deal closure — not delivery. You will work closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, define technical solutions, and present proposals to client stakeholders.
Projects are fast-paced (typically 2–3 months), and the team operates with a strong focus on speed and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope integration and automation projects using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Prepare technical proposals and effort estimates
- Partner with sales team in co-selling efforts
- Present solutions to clients, including CTOs and IT leaders
- Lead solution positioning for integration and IDP use cases
- Respond to inbound opportunities within defined SLAs
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform)
- Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or client-facing roles
- Strong ability to scope and estimate integration projects independently
- Solid understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Based in LATAM
Nice to Have
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Background working with SMB clients
- Experience in fast-paced consulting or startup environments
