About the Role

We are hiring a Product Designer to own the full design function. You'll lead everything: user flows, pixel polish, design system, and the new AI investing companion experience end-to-end. This is a lead role in everything but title, with direct collaboration with the co-founder.

What You'll Own

• Lead design across the full iOS product, from user flows to pixel polish.
• Design the AI investing companion experience end-to-end, including widget design, chat UX, and in-flow integration.
• Own the retirement accounts as a priority deliverable in the first 30-90 days.
• Maintain and evolve the design system as the single design owner on the team.
• Partner directly with the co-founder on product direction and scope.
• Ship fast and autonomously, figuring out what needs to be done without waiting for direction.

Requirements

• Consumer fintech product design experience (B2B fintech does not count).
• Strong mobile-native design skills, with iOS fluency.
• Autonomous, scrappy, and creative.
• 5-8 Years of experience.
• Portfolio-led candidate: work quality is evaluated from the portfolio first.
• Based in LATAM and available to work fully remote.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing financial flows like deposits, withdrawals, or retirement accounts.
• Experience designing AI, chat, or conversational product surfaces.
• Familiarity with designing for iOS-specific patterns and interactions.
• Track record of owning a full product design function at a startup.

Key Info

• Salary Range: $6,000 - $8,000 / per month.
