About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join a high-impact international project focused on building a large-scale data platform. This initiative involves processing and analyzing millions of transactions, requiring strong technical leadership and a solid data engineering mindset.

You will lead a squad of engineers in a consulting environment, working closely with global stakeholders to design, build, and scale robust data solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Design and oversee scalable data processing solutions and pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Drive best practices in software engineering, testing, and code quality
• Contribute hands-on with Python development when needed
• Support architectural decisions around tools like Snowflake, Azure, and data frameworks
• Ensure performance and reliability when processing large-scale datasets

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong Python expertise
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer leading projects/teams
• Strong background in data processing, data pipelines, or data engineering
• Experience handling large volumes of data (batch processing, ETL, etc.)
• Solid understanding of software architecture and system design
• Strong experience with unit testing and code quality practices
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English
• Experience working in collaborative, distributed teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms
• Familiarity with Azure (especially containers or data services)
• Background in financial systems or high-complexity data environments
• Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles
