Full-Stack Developer - AI-Native

What this role is really about

Years of experience matter less than how you build. Juniors and students who are genuinely AI-native are encouraged to apply. If you have one year of experience and Claude Code is already your primary development tool, this was designed around the way you work. Part-time arrangements are open for the right profile.

Requirements

Must Have

Claude Code as your primary development tool, not something you tried once. Daily use, real shipped projects and session logs as proof. You use /plan /loop /goal and sub-agents as a natural part of your workflow.

Important: The stronger your stack, the better

• Go -backend services, even at a junior level
• React - you have built and owned components
• AWS - you have deployed something real on it
• Be located in Brazil
• 1+ years of experience.

Nice to have

• Cloudflare Workers, Containers or R2
• Terraform, Vite, Stripe Connect or TypeScript
• Kubernetes or infrastructure as code experience
• Experience with Cursor, Windsurf or Devin
• At least one MCP server or Claude Code skill you built yourself
• Linux, tmux and SSH comfort

Work environment

How the team works: Fully remote. All code runs on a cloud dev environment, no local clones. Fast pace with short iteration cycles. Daily standups on video. Time tracking in place. The team spans North and South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. English
