About the Role


We're hiring a Growth Marketer to help scale our go-to-market from the ground up. You'll own and build out our demand generation motion: running experiments across channels, creating campaigns, and handling events with customers and leads. You'll be a key early GTM hire and will define our growth playbook, channel strategy, and campaign execution from day one. This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.


Responsibilities


  • Plan and execute field events and executive dinners that create high-quality pipeline
  • Own paid acquisition across channels, running experiments to drive efficient growth
  • Launch and manage webinar programs that educate prospects and generate demand
  • Build and scale our SEO presence to capture high-intent organic traffic
  • Help shape growth collateral, tools, and systems as we scale

  • Experience hosting events and dinners for high-end executives and stakeholders
  • Enjoy posting LinkedIn content and writing blog posts to attract ICP
  • Are comfortable running campaigns end-to-end, from ideation through execution
  • Are excited to experiment across channels and build pipeline from scratch
  • Enjoy collaborating with sales, product, and design teams to drive resultS
