About the Role

We are looking for experienced Python Engineers to join a high-impact international project focused on building a large-scale data platform. This role involves processing and analyzing millions of transactions, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and supporting cost basis calculations for digital assets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a consulting environment to build robust and scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data processing pipelines for large-scale transaction data
• Transform and enrich datasets for downstream analytics and reporting
• Implement complex business and calculation logic in Python
• Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong testing practices
• Support architecture and design decisions related to Snowflake, Azure, or other data frameworks
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of data workflows

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Python development
• Strong experience in data processing, ETL, or data engineering
• Familiarity with tools like Pandas, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar
• Experience handling large volumes of data (millions of records, batch processing)
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
• Strong experience with unit testing and code quality practices
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English (B2+/C1)
• Experience working in collaborative, distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure (containers, data services)
• Background in financial systems, tax, or high-complexity data environments
• Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, or similar)
