The Role

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer to help build and improve a modern React application used by financial professionals every day.

You'll collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end product features while maintaining a clean, scalable, and well-tested frontend architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build new product features using React and modern JavaScript.
• Develop reusable UI components and maintain a scalable frontend architecture.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Manage application state using Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Participate in frontend code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs.
• Improve application performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new product capabilities.

Must Have

• 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript (ES6+).
• 5+ years of experience building responsive web applications using HTML5 and CSS3.
• 5+ years of professional experience with React.
• Experience working with both Functional Components and Class Components.
• 3+ years of experience using Redux or comparable state management libraries.
• Fluent Spanish (required for daily team communication).
• Professional working English.
• Experience working on production software used by 1,000+ users or companies.
• Ability to work full-time in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Bootstrap or modern design systems.
• Familiarity with Webpack and Babel.
• Experience using Confluence or Notion for technical documentation.
• Previous experience working at a product company rather than a consulting firm or software agency.
• Experience building scalable SaaS products.
