Full Stack Engineer (AI Focus)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong software engineering mindset to help solve complex problems and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning new technologies, especially in the AI space, and building scalable, impactful applications.

You will be part of a collaborative engineering team responsible for driving innovation and developing modern applications that support both internal operations and customer-facing products. The team operates in an Agile environment and values mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered applications, agents, and intelligent workflows
• Develop and integrate LLM-based features using modern AI APIs
• Implement RAG-based systems with vector search and internal knowledge sources
• Integrate AI solutions with internal tools (JIRA, Slack, CRM, and others)
• Rapidly prototype and deliver AI-driven solutions with a focus on scalability and security
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and improve AI-generated solutions for production use
• Contribute to best practices and standards for AI integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or another backend language
• Experience building APIs and backend services
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered features
• Understanding of RAG concepts and knowledge retrieval systems
• Solid understanding of modern application architecture and web services
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
• Experience building AI agents or workflow automation systems
• Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
• Experience with AWS or cloud platforms
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
