About the Role

The Enterprise Data Architect will expand the company's use of data as a strategic enabler of corporate goals. This individual will design, develop, and implement data models for enterprise-level applications across conceptual, logical, business area, and application layers — acting as the primary advocate of data modeling methodologies and best practices.

What You'll Own

*Lead data architecture strategy, development, and long-term roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives.

*Define and publish data principles, standards, frameworks, patterns, and best practices.

*Create and maintain architecture blueprints covering current and target states across all modeling layers.

*Oversee data quality, metadata governance, and data lifecycle management.

*Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Integration, Compliance, and Business teams.

*Ensure regulatory compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and other applicable standards.

*Evaluate and recommend technologies and platforms with future scalability in mind.

*Lead proof-of-concept and pilot projects to validate technology suitability.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Architect or Enterprise Architect in large-scale environments.

*Deep knowledge of data modeling methodologies across all architecture layers.

*Experience with data governance, metadata management, and quality frameworks.

*Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).

*Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural vision.

*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

*Flexibility to work across CET, APAC, and US time zones.

*English fluency (written and spoken).
