We are a fast-growing early-stage startup building an agentic platform that automates wholesale operations for CPG brands. Our solution replaces multiple disconnected systems (EDI, freight, invoicing, distributor portals) with intelligent, end-to-end automation.

The platform is already processing hundreds of millions in annualized volume and helping brands significantly reduce operational time, costs, and complexity.

About the Role

We are hiring a LATAM-based Integrations Engineer to own the technical integration layer between our platform and customer systems.

This is a forward-deployed engineering role, where you will work directly with customers to understand their workflows, design integrations, and implement solutions end-to-end.

This is not a standard API integration role — each customer setup is unique, requiring creativity, strong technical depth, and excellent communication.

You will operate at the intersection of enterprise software, supply chain, and automation, solving complex real-world problems with high ownership and impact.

What You'll Do

• Own integrations between the platform and customer systems (ERP, WMS, EDI, freight platforms)
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and define integration requirements
• Design and implement complex data mappings across non-standard systems
• Build and maintain APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows
• Develop frontend components (React) when needed for integration surfaces
• Troubleshoot and support production issues (on-call as needed)

Requirements

Must-Have

Technical:

• 6–8 years of software engineering experience (backend-focused)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with:
• APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture
• Data mapping across complex systems
• Full-stack capability (React for frontend surfaces)
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres or similar)

Execution & Ownership:

• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Experience building integrations end-to-end
• Comfortable working in production/on-call environments

Communication:

• Fluent English (C2 level)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working directly with customers

Location & Availability:

• Based in Latin America
• Availability to overlap with EST time zone

Nice to Have

• Experience with EDI systems
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or CPG-related software
• Familiarity with platforms like Flexport or SPS Commerce
• Experience in customer-facing or forward-deployed roles
