Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-First, High-Scale Systems)

Salary: $1,800 – $3,500 USD/month

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing, AI-first team building a large-scale global platform serving millions of users across 100+ countries.

This is not a traditional development role. You will work in an AI-first engineering environment, using tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development, automate workflows, and deliver high-quality code at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Next.js front-end applications with high performance and scalability
• Develop NestJS-based APIs and microservices using Prisma ORM
• Design systems that support millions of concurrent users
• Optimize performance (database queries, caching, connection pooling)
• Work with AWS and Google Cloud (multi-cloud architecture)
• Implement multi-tenant architectures with secure data isolation
• Use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) for coding, testing, and refactoring
• Ensure code quality through SonarCloud and automated PR review bots
• Collaborate with global teams across product, design, and QA

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, and NestJS
• Proven experience building high-scale, high-performance applications
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (or similar)
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Experience with Redis, caching strategies, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monorepo environments
• Strong understanding of system design and performance optimization

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs or AI integrations
• Knowledge of multi-tenant architectures
• Experience with real-time systems (Socket.io, queues, etc.)
• Background in high-scale consumer platforms

Screening Process:

Technical assessment (HackerRank or similar)

1–2 week trial period

Evaluation during the trial (quality, productivity, cultural fit, etc.)
