Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 per year + performance incentives + equity


About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the world, building the future of business banking with financial infrastructure tailored to how businesses actually operate. The company powers over $10B in annual business purchasing volume and is scaling rapidly across multiple industries.

They are looking for a Partnerships Lead to build and scale their accounting firm channel from the ground up.

This is an individual contributor-first role with a clear path to leadership. You will prove out the channel by driving revenue through strategic partnerships, then build and lead the team behind it.

Success in this role is measured by onboarded client revenue, not meetings booked or referral volume.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and own strategic partnerships with accounting firms and financial advisory practices
  • Position the company as the preferred banking and treasury platform for partner clients
  • Develop relationships with accounting firm leadership and key stakeholders
  • Drive client referrals and successful onboarding through partner networks
  • Represent the company at accounting and finance industry events and conferences
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to shape tools tailored for accountants and SMB financial workflows
  • Validate and scale the channel as an individual contributor before building and leading a dedicated partnerships team


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales
  • Existing network and relationships within accounting firms, CFO service providers, or financial advisory practices
  • Demonstrated success driving referral-led revenue growth at scale
  • Experience working with accountants, financial operators, or CFO-focused service ecosystems
  • Strong builder mentality with the ability to create and scale a channel from zero
  • Leadership potential with willingness to start as an individual contributor
  • Comfortable working on-site in San Francisco or New York City


Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of SMB financial workflows and treasury operations
  • Experience building a partnership channel from scratch
  • Active presence within accounting industry events and professional networks
  • Prior fintech or B2B SaaS partnerships experience
